Neem
#neem #leaf
Other Names:
Antelaea azadirachta, Arishta, Arishtha.
Neem is a tree. The bark, leaves, and seeds are used
to make medicine. Less frequently, the root, flower, and fruit are also used.
Neem leaf is used for leprosy, eye disorders, bloody
nose, intestinal worms, stomach upset, loss of appetite, skin ulcers, diseases
of the heart and blood vessels (cardiovascular disease), fever, diabetes, gum
disease (gingivitis), and liver problems. The leaf is also used for birth
control and to cause abortions.
The bark is used for malaria, stomach and intestinal
ulcers, skin diseases, pain, and fever.
The flower is used for reducing bile, controlling
phlegm, and treating intestinal worms.
The fruit is used for hemorrhoids, intestinal worms,
urinary tract disorders, bloody nose, phlegm, eye disorders, diabetes, wounds,
and leprosy.
Neem twigs are used for cough, asthma, hemorrhoids,
intestinal worms, low sperm levels, urinary disorders, and diabetes. People in
the tropics sometimes chew neem twigs instead of using toothbrushes, but this
can cause illness; neem twigs are often contaminated with fungi within 2 weeks
of harvest and should be avoided.
The seed and seed oil are used for leprosy and
intestinal worms. They are also used for birth control and to cause abortions.
The stem, root bark, and fruit are used as a tonic
and astringent.
Some people apply neem directly to the skin to treat
head lice, skin diseases, wounds, and skin ulcers; as a mosquito repellent; and
as a skin softener.
Inside the vagina, neem is used for birth control.
Neem is also used as an insecticide.
How
does it work?
Neem contains chemicals that might help reduce blood
sugar levels, heal ulcers in the digestive tract, prevent conception, kill
bacteria and prevent plaque formation in the mouth.

I Don't Fall
| Every leaf may dry and die, But i Stay strong. |
I don't fall by Raaj Kiran on 500px
Winter in Delhi made me feel so sick, even though it is cold , tree leafs used to dry- fall off.
It was my first winter in delhi, i have seen this location in a place called Hauz-kaus, in New delhi. I went there for a nature shoot and an assignment, where i was capturing HDR images. This frame with a single tree with branches and no leafs made me feel like strong standing inside me. while other trees around are of complete like a family with all children .
I have made some modifications in this picture to look like the above color panel. Browns , Reds, dark greys . After HDR i made some lookup editing in PS. Then i took out this look which i have felt it is set apt for the picture grading scale.

Yanam Bridge
The Balayogi Varadhi bridge between Yanam and Yedurlanka, a dream
project of the late Lok Sabha speaker G M C Balayogi, will be
inaugurated by chief minister
N Chandrababu Naidu on October 1.
The 1,800-m bridge opens a second connectivity to Konaseema region in the district, apart from the Ravulapalem Bridge.
The Konaseema region is surrounded by river Godavari on three sides, and with the sea on the fourth.
The new bridge, constructed at an estimated cost of Rs 110 crore, provides road connectivity between the East Godavari district headquarters Kakinada and the Konaseema region.
The new bridge would reduce a distance of 40 km by ferry between Yanam and Yedurlanka. In addition to road accessibility, the bridge is useful for the transporation of agriculture and aqua produce to Kakinada port and Visakhapatnam areas.
About Rs 69 crore of the project has been borne by several organisations due to the efforts put in by late G M C Balayogi.
While the state government and ministry of road transport and highways of the Government of India shared Rs 24.50 crore, the public sector ONGC and GAIL contributed Rs 16 and Rs 4 crore respectively.
The Pondicherry government contributed about Rs 4.5 crore, and the contribution of farmers of Konaseema region and agricultural market committees of Kakinada together was about Rs 20 crore.
The project has been completed in a record time of 33 months by Visakhapatnambased Navayuga Engineering Company Ltd.
The entrepreneur is also entitled to collect tolls for a period of 15 years. About 109.051 acres of land was acquired for the construction of the project.
About 11.313 acres of Andhra Pradesh and Pondicherry state government land was acquired, along with about 97.738 acres of private lands falling within the territory of both the states.
